Our services are grouped into the following categories:
GMT offers paid Premium Membership plans with exclusive features and benefits, available on monthly, quarterly, or yearly terms.
Refunds cannot exceed the original membership fee. No compensation is provided for indirect costs, damages, or missed opportunities.
All refunds are issued as account credit by default. If a direct refund (to card/bank) is requested, any transaction fees, exchange rate costs, or penalties incurred will be deducted from the total refund.
All processing, shipping, document scan-and-email, and storage services are billed at the time of request or during automated processing.
If you use GMT's Shopping Assistance (where we purchase on your behalf) or similar services:
GMT acts as your logistics and shopping assistant, not a product retailer. For all merchandise returns:
If a package is refused by the recipient or customs clearance fails (due to duties, ID proof, etc.):
